Before you sign or pay anything, we build you a demo page — a real, working version of what your site will look like. You can see exactly what you're getting. No surprises. If you like it, we proceed. If not, no hard feelings.

Sign & Pay Setup Fee
Digital service agreement, setup fee collected via Stripe. Work begins immediately. First monthly subscription charge starts the month your Google Business Profile goes live.

Site Goes Live Within Days
Your site is deployed, Google Search Console is configured, your sitemap is submitted, and Bing Webmaster Tools is set up. We confirm your site is indexed and you receive the live URL with a written confirmation of everything delivered.

Google Business Profile — Created & Submitted for Verification
We create or claim your Google Business Profile and initiate verification. Google's verification process for service-area businesses typically takes 2–4 weeks. We manage it start to finish and keep you updated weekly until it's confirmed live.

10 Directories Submitted
Your business name, address, and phone number listed identically across Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Foursquare, Yellow Pages, and six more. You receive screenshots confirming each live listing.

60-Day Weekly Onboarding Updates
Every week for the first 60 days, you get a short update: what's live, what Google is seeing, how many visitors have found your site, and what's coming next. We know the first 60 days can feel slow — so we make sure you're never left wondering if anything is actually happening.
Honest expectation-setting: Google Maps visibility typically begins within 30–60 days of GBP verification. Organic keyword rankings take 3–6 months. We show you the trajectory — not just the destination.

Monthly Reports — Ongoing, Every Month
After Day 60, weekly updates shift to a monthly report. Three sections every time: tracked leads (calls, form submissions), visibility indicators (Search Console, GBP views), and what we actually did that month. Sent whether results are strong or still building.
